Breakages and Refunds

All claims for breakage's and damage in transit, must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

Breakages will be replaced Free of Charge as goods are well packed and breakages are rare.

Non-personalied items can be returned for a full refund, if teh goods are unused and are returned in perfect condition.

Personalised goods are non-refundable, as once the work on them has been processed and names are incribed this is irreversible.

If however the personalisation has not been carried our. Payment can be refunded and the order cancelled.
